I'm Heather. I'm a wife, mom, Glam-Ma, and property manager sharing my wellness journey.
I started Glowing with Heather to document my progress, ask better questions, and connect with people who value consistency over perfection. I'm sharing the honest middle of my story, with family, work, and everyday life right alongside it.
I wanted a record of my journey toward feeling healthier, stronger, and more confident. I promised myself I would be real throughout it. I am not at my goal yet, and that is okay. I'm learning to appreciate each step as I go.
02
Consistency over perfection
My small changes count.
I keep showing up on imperfect days. Between my family and my work as a property manager, I'm making room for myself, too. I'm finding confidence in the effort and noticing how far I've already come.
03
Still becoming
I'm just getting started.
I share the highs, the questions, and the days when I need more patience. I want this space to feel like an honest conversation, with room to grow and no pressure to have everything figured out.
I'm learning to trust my process, one day at a time.
My journey in motion
My progress. My story.
I shared this short, silent montage on Instagram as a glimpse into my own journey. My personal experience is not evidence of what a product will do for anyone else.
What matters to me
How I choose to show up.
Personal, always
I share my own experience without promising anyone else's result.
Progress over polish
I make room for the questions, the patience, and the work between my milestones.
Life beyond wellness
My family, my work, and my everyday life are as much a part of my story as wellness.
My story and my shop
What I share here.
I bring my personal story and my research peptide shop together here, with a clear boundary between them. My progress is personal. It is not product proof or a treatment recommendation.
I'm not a medical professional, and I don't provide medical advice. The products in my shop are for laboratory research only, not for human or animal use. For questions about your health, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
